Lois founded the Cedar Seed Foundation, a nonprofit organization advocating for the rights of people with disabilities, and was named Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum (WEF) in 2017 she also contested for National House of Assembly.
Mandela Washington Fellowship named her among 5 Extraordinary Women in Nigeria Challenging the Status Quo, she was named alongside Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, the first woman appointed to lead the World Trade Organisation (WTO), Sandra Aguebor, Nigeria’s first female automotive mechanic, Adenike Oyetunde, a disability advocate and Senior Special Assistant to Lagos’ state governor on Persons Living with Disabilities, disability advocate, lawyer, media personality, author, social media influencer, and life coach and Kafayat Sanni, the first female fighter pilot in the Nigerian Air Force.
