Partner Liaison Security Operations, PLSO, an upshot of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is set to train hearing impaired persons who are drivers in its training on security awareness for drivers.

In a visit to the Nigeria National Association of the Deaf, Headquarters (NNADHQ) to seek partnership PLSO revealed that the training would include timely awareness on dangers, keys to identification of real security personnel, how to identify bad groups, drivers’ attitudes, checking of vehicles, among other dangers like riots/protests, etc.

The NNADHQ Secretary General, Engineer Timothy Adejumo, NNADHQ demanded that the trainings be more physical than virtual, as well as cover the entire Deaf Community in all 36 States and the F.C.T.
