The Executive Secretary of the National Commission for Persons with Disabilities, Mr James David Lalu has bagged an Award of Excellence from the Nigerian National Association of the Deaf.
The award was presented to Mr Lalu when he received a delegation from the Association in his office.
According to the Association, Lalu’s “benevolent warmly gesture towards persons with disabilities has captured our attention.”
The Executive Secretary who was caught by surprise expressed gratitude and reassured the community of his absolute cooperation towards sustaining an economically stable society for Persons with Disabilities.
