The Albino Foundation Public Notice
His Majesty King Dr. Dandeson Douglas Jaja, DSSRS, CFR, Jeki V—Treaty King, Natural Ruler, and Amanyanabo of Opobo has conferred the distinguished title Balolo (Early Morning Star) on Amb. Jake Epelle, CEO of TAF Africa.
The title was officially bestowed on January 3, 2025. Expressing his gratitude in a statement made available to the media on Saturday, Amb. Jake Epelle described the honor as a testament to his dedication to service and integrity. He vowed to uphold the principles and values of the Opobo Kingdom in all his endeavors.
“I am deeply grateful to His Majesty, the Council of Chiefs, and the people of Opobo Kingdom for this extraordinary recognition. Together, I hope we can continue to advance unity, progress, and the preservation of our cultural heritage,” said Epelle, now bearing the title Balolo.
