ASLIN inaugurates Committees for Rebranding and Advancement of Sign Language Interpreting Profession in Nigeria

The Association of Sign language interpreters of Nigeria (ASLIN) under the leadership of Mr. Timothy Tinat today, formally inaugurated four (4) committees to work towards rebranding and advancement of interpreting profession in Nigeria through a Virtual Zoom Meeting.

The Committees include, Training and leadership Committee, constitutional Review Committee, Finance committee, and membership committees, with members drawn from the different states across the country.

In the virtual inauguration ceremony, the President, while giving the terms of reference to each of the Committee members, expressed profound appreciation to them for volunteering to serve and and further charged them to put in their best in discharging their official functions.

Each of the Committee are to be supervised by National executive members of ASLIN Stephen Mogul Publicity Secretary ASLIN.
