Nkiruka Okonkwo, also known as Ada-Enigwe is a Nigerian British citizen, a native of Akwa in Anambra State, based in the United Kingdom has launched herself fully for impact making work full time.
A press statement from her media office on Monday stated that Ada-Enigwe is a professional social worker in the United Kingdom, a motivational speaker, master of ceremony (MC), and a philanthropic who practices in the UK where she is based and recently launched her online television, Real and Raw with Ada-Enigwe,
According to the statement, the television is ready to motivate, inspire, bring out the best in people, reconcile families, stressing that Ada-Enigwe has also been involved in charity work, even as a child, although at a low key level.
The media office stated that Ada-Enigwe is ready to take the project to the world with the lunch of her Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) alongside her online television programme, Real and Raw with Ada-Enigewe
Ada-Enigwe who earlier spoke passionately about living with a disability said that her main focus is on Real and Raw with Ada-Enigwe and affecting her society.
“Because I am disabled but if I don’t tell you, you won’t know “I was involved in an accident when I was five years old and that incident kept me in an orthopaedic hospital for a period of one year and seven months. I lost one of my legs in the process. I must say that losing my leg never stopped me from achieving my dreams in life. So, my message is, if I can, you can.
According to her, she overcame her challenge and went to the university with her disability and got a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
“I went to school with my half leg. I am a graduate. I have a first degree in marketing, from the University of Nigeria Nnsuka, Enugu campus. I worked with Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and the MTN, before leaving Nigeria. I also have a second degree in social work from Winchester University, United Kingdom and a Master’s degree in Business Admin, and I have been living my life to the fullest.
“I am not just existing like many are doing, I am impacting lives. The only thing important now is Real and Raw with Ada-Enigwe. People need to know about Real and Raw, people need to start living, people need to be happy,” she said.
