Meanwhile seven other persons were alleged to have been killed in the incident.

The incident reportedly happened on Monday evening.

The hoodlums, it was gathered, were chanting, “No election in Anambra in November.”

When contacted the state Police Public Relations Officer, Ikenga Tochukwu, said the police were still investigating the case and caan not confirm the report, noting that he had yet to get details of the incident.
