Executive Secretary National Commission for Persons with Disabilities Mr. James Lalu during an official visit to Kano state meets with various stakeholders and cluster groups of persons with disabilities in the state.  The Executive Secretary applauded the industriousness of persons with disabilities in Kano state, as he takes a tour of the vocational workshop and training centres managed by members of persons with disabilities.
