Nigeria National Association of the Deaf (NNAD) National Headquarters, Abuja has commended their comrades in Edo State Deaf Community on the way they are presently carrying out a commendable initiative by assisting their Deaf members to register for the Continuous Voters Registration.

In a press release sent to TQM signed the Chairman of the NNAD, Chidi Olujie, the group is pleased with Kingsley Eromosele, the chairman Edo State Association of the Deaf for starting up this exercise on Tuesday 20th July, 2021, being public holiday and amazingly, about 40 Deaf have been registered already while more are still being enrolled.

NNAD enjoined other states to follow suit and mobilise their Deaf members to participate in this registration while it last by visiting their state INEC office for assistance. The PWD Desk officer in the INEC will be willing to guide them on how they can assist their Deaf members.
