NCPWD Disassociates Self From The Ongoing Circulations Of Disability Certificate Forms

The National Commission for Persons with Disabilities wishes to disassociate from the ongoing circulations of Disability Certificate Forms.

This was contained in a news release by Mbanefo JohnMichaels Ikechukwu, Head, Press and PR Unit, NCPWD.

The release reads “The Commission also wishes to inform the general Public that the Form for Disability Certificate is not for sale.

“The Commission will issue a more digital and easy application process.

“The Disability Certificate issuance is completely free and can be obtained at the Commission’s headquarters at any time.

“ Those who apply digitally will get their certificate delivered to their doorsteps at no cost to the applicants.”
