Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps Ekiti State Command has paraded three persons in connection with an alleged rape of lady who is auditory impaired in Ado Ekiti .
The suspects Sunday Shittu 19, Famuagun Olajide 19 and Olorede Elijah 38 were arrested in Ado Ekiti after a desk officer in the People With Disability Unit went on sensitization visit to School for the Deaf in Ikoro-Ekiti where the victim personally wrote a letter to the Unit on the alleged rape and sexual assault encountered by her from these three suspects.
Parading the suspects, the State Commandant Mr John Olatunde Fayemi warned parents to take adequate care of their children especially those that are living with challenges as some irresponsible men like these people are out there to molest and defile helpless special children.
A release by the state CDPRO Tolu Afolabi said the suspects will be made to face the full wrath of the law by charging them to court of competent jurisdiction after the conclusion of preliminary investigation by the Command.
