The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCC), on Friday, sealed Sahad Store, a popular supermarket in the Garki area of Abuja.
The management of the supermarket was accused of shortchanging customers by charging prices other than what was in the price tag at the shelves.
The enforcement officials FCCPC led by the Acting Executive Vice Chairman, Adamu Abdullahi, led the enforcement and sealing of the supermarket complex, on Friday.
FCCPC officials maintained that their preliminary investigation confirmed that the management of the supermarket were shortchanging customers, and will remain sealed until the completion of the further investigation.
